DK03 Floor and Ceiling Plan
Geometric cut stone surrounds the perimeter, with graphic rays that draw your eye to the center of the space. The radial language is mirrored above, with powder blue skies framed with gold-painted rays, punctuated by angular light fixtures.

As you enter through the arrival vestibule, we invite you into the unknown, a window to a world that transcends place and time.
DK03-05 Atrium Main Stair
The steps at the base of the stairs are the home to the atrium character. A set-back detail with integrated lighting gives each step the illusion of floating. The sculptural form of the stair, with brushed Rose Gold and uplit frosted gradient glass, gives the stair a futuristic and iconic language that departs from the Atrium architecture.
There is an opportunity for a graphic pattern to be applied to the stairs, and for it to serve as a backdrop to further, enhance the narrative of the chosen atrium character
As you enter, The ceiling draws you up to discover a glowing orb made of intersecting geometries that form a futuristic and otherworldly chandelier. The chandelier is to be activated with dense lighting, and an animation that changes the atmosphere from Heroes to Villains.
The chandelier’s light casts a radiating glow across the painted patterned ceiling; A gold pattern motif that fades to a heavenly blue sky.
